Why I started Enqufy Connect.
A studio born from a simple frustration: the best workflows in real industries were trapped in spreadsheets, and nobody was willing to both build the software and run it.

"I kept meeting brilliant operators losing hours to copy-paste. The tech to fix it existed — what was missing was someone willing to build it and run it."
The insight wasn't a new technology. It was a new posture: build the platform, then stay and operate it.
Across logistics, outdoor media and tax I saw the same pattern. Talented teams doing precise, valuable work — and burning half their day on data entry, reconciliation and chasing proof. Plenty of software promised to help. Almost none of it understood the actual judgment in the work, and the companies behind it shipped a tool and disappeared.
Enqufy Connect started as a bet that the missing piece was operating discipline. If we built AI that took on the hard decisions and ran the platform like our own business — holding the SLAs, onboarding the customers, fixing what broke — the product would compound instead of stalling. The first four platforms proved it.
From one frustration to four platforms.
A spreadsheet that ran a business
Watching a freight desk run millions in cargo off a shared Excel file — and lose a deal to a rekeying error — made the opportunity impossible to ignore.
Enqufy Connect is founded
The studio launches with a single thesis: build AI-first platforms for offline industries, and operate them rather than hand them off.
Freight, on demand
The first platform — instant AI rate estimates, competitive RFQs across vetted forwarders, and live tracking — goes into production.
Out-of-home, off spreadsheets
AImaps any inventory sheet, adds tamper-proof field proof, and ships white-label proposals in one tap.
India tax, made audit-ready
IMS to GSTR-2B reconciliation with tolerances and clean ITC reports — days of manual matching collapsed to minutes.
The shared engine
Document AI, matching and delivery become reusable infrastructure — so the fourth platform starts further ahead than the first three did.
